10/10, 100/10 if it were possible.
Wren Martin, the newly promoted student council president, sets out to abolish Rapture High's dance. He thinks it is a big waste of money, promotes heteronormative ideas, and just generally sucks, especially for people who are asexual, like him. However, his vice president, and sworn enemy, Leo, has other plans. He wants to use a key sponsorship to make this the biggest dance ever.
This book, while predictable, was one of the most enjoyable books I have read in a while. I could not put it down, with the amazing representation, enemies to lovers' banter, and all of the visuals of text messages.
This book was a 10/10, 100/10 if that were possible. All I wanted to do was read this book, and let me tell you, it has given me serious book hangover. I'm not a huge fan of cliches, they can get annoying, but this book had the perfect approach to them.
If you haven't yet, go read Wren Martin Ruins It All. You won't regret it!
